“I did Fay's 5-session full body energy awakening trajectory in 2 weeks, and honestly every session was completely different. I thought I knew what to expect after the first one but no way. Every session was totally different.
I prepared by going vegetarian for two weeks before, not drinking alcohol for three months, and doing some light yoga on the days of the sessions (which is new for me) and not releasing for 2 weeks. Fay said that that really helps in opening up more and I agree.
One thing I have to say about Fay is that admire her sensitivity but also her endurance. These sessions are like running a marathon for her. She keeps manipulating your body like an instrument until it opens up and you get where you're supposed to go.
I felt a lot and a lot of it was new. Since finishing the trajectory I feel way more powerful, more confident, way more in my body, more masculine, more open and relaxed with other people. If you're willing to commit to the process, I'd absolutely recommend doing the full 5 sessions.
